Patcher Hydrog PA-Series is intended to repair bituminous surfaces by filling and sealing potholes with aggregate coated by bitumen emulsion. The aggregate is given by compressed air through the tube into the operating head, in which the aggregate is coated with bitumen emulsion. The device can work with two different fractions of aggregate. Stages of repair the surface with Blow Patcher: - Cleaning of the pothole with compressed air - Spraying of the pothole with bitumen emulsion - Filling of the pothole with aggregate coated by bitumen emulsion - Strewing of the repaired surface with dry aggregate Pothole patcher - fixing to the carrier: - Operating arm at the rear of the vehicle - controlled by the separate operator - Operating arm at front of vehicle - controlled by the separate operator - Operating arm at front of vehicle - controlled by the driver
